What's the easiest way to rent a unit immediately?

The easiest way to get started is to chose the  'MOVE IN' function for your desired unit right off of our website.  At signup, you will choose your gate access, e-sign a lease from your computer or smartphone, enter payment information and - Voila! - you can begin using your assigned storage unit immediately!  Easy right!?!  Alternatively, if you like the sound of a human voice or aren't great at computers you can call us and we can walk you through the application process over the phone. Your choice but we’re told the the online reservation system is the easiest way to go. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LOCK!  

When is the office open?

We don’t have any office hours at the moment, but you can call us at (860) 928-2019 or 860-460-2254 and set up an appointment.

When can I access my storage unit?

Tenants have access to their storage 7 days a week between 6am to 8pm.

What areas do you serve

Residents in Putnam, Woodstock, Thompson, Killingly, Brooklyn, Webster MA. Our services aren’t limited to these areas, so if you live further out, we’re a great option for you as well. Get to us via one of the nearby highways and main roads.

How do I pay my bill?

Pay online via our website, all you need is your form of payment and account information. Mail to Church Street Storage 241 Church Street, Putnam CT 06260 or drop it at the office door in the mail slot.

We accept most debit or credit cards like American Express, MasterCard, and Discover, Check, Money Order

What types of leases are offered?

We offer month-to-month leases. No commitments.

What are climate controlled units?

Climate controlled units keep your items protected from the heat, cold, pests and other outside factors. Your items will be stored in temperatures between 55°F and 75°F, so they’ll survive intense weather at all times.
